With shop prices so high I would like to do the more simple maintance
on my C240.   Maybe something like the Haynes manual for my Honda.  I
maintain my 90 Honda and used to do all the work on my Porsche race
car.  But looking under the hood of that C240 gives me goose bumps.

What year is your C240? Chilton's does manuals to '84 and Haynes isn't
much better. Get the MB CD and go for it. If you did all the work on a
race car this is a walk in the park and no different than the Honda.

Well,  it might be a bit different from the Honda.  For one thing those
special tools for honda won't work...

:~)
