(97 E320)
When the AC is on, the driver's side air flow is warmer than the
passenger side. Both settings are the same.
Should I look toward the baffles not moving, or something else?
Anyone with experience in this matter?
TIA,
Collin

If (and only if) necessary ...
Any manuals out there for doing a tear-down of the dash to get @ the
mechanism?

Don't overlook the sun sensor; it may, I'm not sure, control the side to
side temp.
Of course if there's a difference at night then there's something to
investigate.

Sun sensor?
We don't need no steenkin' sun sensor! :)
I'm not certain what sensor you're referring to.
Tell me more.
I recall nothing in the owner's manual about this.

In the center of the dash - adjacent to the windshield is what looks
like a plastic bulb - sun sensor.

It is probably your heater valve... there are two valves but probably one
unit... change it out in engine compartment.
