VISA tires; where to buy?

Dug out a set of chrome 16" Mercedes wheels out of the storage and
noticed the tires are severely cracked on sidewalls.The size is 205/55
R16 and are unidirectional, VX50.They were pretty decent tires before
storage.Does this company no longer exist?TIA
