Where can we find information on recalls that have occurred for a 1988 300E? Marty, thanks for the insight on the alternator. Joe 1988 300E http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/recalls/recallsearch.cfm The only one was 93-0613 for the throttle bushing. The end would pull out and you would just have an idling engine.
