Is their anything I can do to flush out the Heatewr Matrix in a UK 190E
I Have used Rad Flush for three days then flushed out the system with a
hose and the water initially came out brown but soon changed to clear
and appears to come out just as quick as going in
I have fitted a new Thermostat with the only limited effect, the heat
from the input side was about a degree or so to the output side and the
Garage said he could only think the Matrix is clogged, But I want to
try anything before I take the Fascia out many hours

Whats the problem? Air in the heater system?

Cannot get much above aired heat after 20minutes Plus running cold if
you direct it to your feet

Try to blow out all air from the heater/machine cooling system. Put
heating temperature gauge to maximum to open all hoses. Let the machine
get working temperature so you are sure that the thermostat is open
(boiling temperature to be felt at the rubber hose from thermostat to
front radiator). Then open the cooling system (coutiously to avoid the
geysir effect) and let the machine turn at 3000 rpm. Normally this
blows out all air from the heater radiator. The heater is above the
machine level and so always contains a trapped air bubble.
Most machines have a hole in the flap or a small bypass to the closed
thermostat to let air go from machine to the radiator even in cold
closed condition. The hole has to be on top position of the flap. For a
bypass sometimes the top screw needs to be opened some turn to let bleed
the system.
The problem is that a closed thermostat does not open correctly if
isolated by an air cushion.
