I have a 92 300E and it appears to be searching for a good idle.  The RPM's
at idle fluctuate between 400 and 1200.....Would this be a bad idle control
valve?  Or is it something else?  If it is the idle control valve, can
someone tell me, on a scale of 1 to 10, the degree of diffiuclity in
replacing it.
