I just thought I ought to thank Lee (No.Spam@ntlworld.com) again for his
comments of Jan 06.

I had mentioned that my rear headrests in my CLK Cab had popped up after
going over a speed bump a tad too fast and had had them checked reset at a
dealership (together with having the sump repaired).

Lee gave us an easy fix and, yep, it happened again last night and this time
I reset them myself with Lee's advice.  Saved headache and money.

When the body of the Merc goes past a certain angle, they pop up to act
as a roll bar. The little red light on the button should be blinking,
if it is, be sure to press and hold the headrest button down in order
to fix it.
    cheers

The reset is to press the button in UP position for 10 s.
