Can't be much different to the C200 costs as its essentially the same car <runs for cover> I just paid £220 for a service A on a C180. The Kompressor ones appear to have a shorter service interval than the V6 ones. They get serviced according to mileage not every year even if they have not reached the mileage so that may reduce the costs in real terms. And one can always ring a dealer and ask...
