Are there any major changes between 2004 and 2006

I am thinking of buying a 2004 AMG and I love the lines of the SL500
2006 . Are there any major external differences  between the 2 ?

Thanks
John

There shouldn't be... mid year redesign is like 4 or 5 years apart.

The major changes are, well, very tiny that it's really easy to overlook
them.

Why are you so obsessed about the difference between 2004 and 2006?

Because the local MB dealer has a 2006 in the show room and I am in
love with it.  I am on a auction for a 2004 and I would be
disappointed if the looks are different after spending 75k
Makes sense, doesn't ?
