MERCEDES ROUILLEE

Bonjour
Merci d'avance

Hello I am owner of Mercedes E220 since 2000.

At the time of a maintenance 3 months ago, the workshop with evil
reconnecté my battery, not fixing the negative one. It was followed from
there that the battery pété. My car not leaving more, it was necessary
to remove the back seat (it is there that the battery is).

It was noted several traces of rust (we are in the vehicle). After
examination more complete, it proved that several traces of rust there
included goshawks of the lock of the trunk are present. At Mercedes
Belgium has which conveys it was shown, they royally seem of fourtre
(Belgium is a royalty). Having been in contact with the service of
quality in Maastricht (NL) which takes care of the follow-up of the
satisfaction of the customer, this last service wrote to me that
Mercedes Belgium was going to contact me to solve this problem.

That made almost a month. NOTHING.

It seems that Mercedes assures a 10 years unconditional against rust.
Does somebody have you it have the case? How does that have you it solved?

Thank you in advance

Erm, not visit this "workshop with evil"?

But, that said, I was of the impression that only the early W210s
(<2000) had problems with rust, and they had fixed this, and the W211s
don't have this problem now?

Regards,
ws
