I was not much impressed when I drove a S350 (W221) last October.
Yes, better than the predecessor, but especially on the outside
the design is boring and uninspiring, e.g. headlights and the
ugly wheel wells - and the trunk lid always looks like not
being closed correctly, the gap to the bumper looks weird.

Yes, there is hope the next S-Class (W222 or whatever) will
continue the line of fintail, W108/109 and W126.
