1990 190e 2.6 Radiator Replacement issues

The upper neck broke off the radiator, I'm working on the removal for
replacement.  I've got the new radiator, hoses, and thermostat on
hand.

The last items I have to remove to free the radiator are 2) 6mm (10mm
hex) capscrews at the bottom front of the radiator that secure the air
conditioning condenser to the radiator.  The assembly is still stuck
to the car by the AC lines, which I do not want to disturb.

Do I have to remove the bumper fascia to get access to those 2
capscrews?

How is the bumper fascia removed?

I went to my local parts store an hour ago and struck out on finding a
manual for the car.

Thanks for helping,

Mark

I wound up removing the license plate holder and temp sender then the bumper
assembly. You hve to remove the plastic cover for the horn on the right
side. The nuts for the bumper bolts are easily accessible. It makes
everything a lot easier to just remove the bumper.
