I would also place one guess on the fuel pump relay, but not on the
OVP relay, since this has nothing to do with power to the fuel pump.
The fuel pump relay will shut, if no RPM signal occurs for 1 second. So
this indicates, that either the rpm signal is not received from the
electronic ignition unit, or the circuit inside the fuel pump relay
does not detect it (could be a bad connection in the socket to the fuel
pump relay).

We can diagnose the problem with the system but WE don't know where this
stuff is located on every model since we're not in the repair shop
business. Suggest you look where the car's fuses are kept also around
the battery area.
