Wanted to know where I could get some decent, retro non-retractable
seat belts in Sydney. Where could I get them and how much would I
expect to pay. Doesnt have to be the Britax type. I know they are as
rare as hen's teeth. Would anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Marc,

I have seen a few sets on ebay in the last few months, they were advertised
as NOS  and sold for about $120AUS,  sorry not much help, but if you are in
no hurry you could look there.
If I remember the sellers name I will post here for you.

regards

Chris

Hello Marc

I have 2 Static Front seat belts (3 point anchorage) and 2 rear lap and
diagonal (3 point anchorage)seatbelts.
Brand new and unopened in original packing.

See http://www.securon.com/ for details.

Maker Securon...Part # 300.30 Fronts
        Part # 200    Rears

They cost me approx $390.00 + postage from UK but make a fair and
reasonable offer and they are yours.
I live north of Sydney.

Cheers

Col

Thanks Col
Thanks for the offer, but I have already bought one. Not like yours,
but just a normal lap and sash one. Put them in myself.  Much better
than the damn old retractables. Hated them. Use to jam when parked on
inclines. Too fiddly.
