Like to fit one into my recently acquired K-reg BRG Cooper - how heard are
they to fit? Also, been thumbing through the Mini mags for prices, does
anyone here know where I can get one at a real bargain price?

I bought mine from Mini Sport (cheaper than buying from Mini Mania even with
shipping to the U.S.!).
They're pretty easy to fit. What took the most time was removing my old
instrument cluster and fastening it down to the new faceplate on the dash.
It's easy to fasten and/or remove - it comes with 3 brackets that have 2
thumbscrews each, and you just reach under the dash to tighten the driver's
side bracket, and reach through the glovebox to do the other 2.
They look awesome, of course - I have mine fully populated with Pioneer MP3
deck and three VDO gauges: oil pressure, volts, and quartz clock.
Regards,
Geoff
