Minifinity leeds blackpool run

Any one else going on the Minifinity Leeds - Blackpool charity run?

All being well I'll be joining at Liverpool Albert Dock and then on to
Southport I think taking in the wonderful sights of Preston and the like on
the way.

Last time I did this run it was in my old Mayfair (A reg 1984) and blew the
head gasket and radiator at the same time, Oh the wonders of our fantastic
Mini's.

Fixed em both at my sisters who lives in Blackpool.

Just in case you didn;t know it's on 15th August and starts at Leeds, Elland
road stadium and onto Liverpool Albert dock ( around 10:30 ish) and then
onto Blackpool.

Should be a good day and plenty of fun.....

That's a bit misleading..what is happening is infact two separate mini
runs, Liverpool-Blackpool (via ormskirk and preston, not southport) and
Leeds-Blackpool. The two runs are meeting up in Preston.
If anyone is in Southport, let me know because there are several of us
planning on meeting up and heading in a small convoy down to Liverpool
for 10:30.
