Anyone know what gague brake and clutch pipe I use on my Mini? Is it

It's mostly from a 1992.

Thanks, any idea what the standard thickness is? There is about 4 different
to choose from.

I have always just gone to the factors and said "brake pipe".
Sometimes they ask "copper of cunifer?" or "how long?".
But nobody ever asked what thickness, or what car.
Seems to have worked OK so far.

Ok cheers, I think it is 3/16ths of an inch, that seems to be the cheapest
and most widely available size. I'm buying online you see. I guess the
other sizes are for older cars or something.

Thanks for your help.

Ah nice one. Thanks, just ordered a roll of 3/16ths. I need clutch pipe too
but it looks like clutch pipe is thicker so I might have to buy another
roll.

Dave
