oxy-acetylene may just loosen their nuts so that they will turn (like brake
adjusters).  I vote for the angle grinder.  Stops the healing process good
and popper because of the way it rips it off :)

Where do you think they could hide a Mini where it would not draw attention?

They  must be pretty thick to steal a car like that, how many almond green
mk1 mini's are there in the US?
I say it wont turn up the normal way, keep your eyes peeled on the
classifieds.....
