My 19 year old son is in the process of buying a 1970 Mini with the
intention of restoring it over the winter.Are there any books or videos
around that I could buy to help him along ?? Thanks in advance.

Practical Classics Restoration Guide has a wealth of info and a step by step
restoration of a Mini, I found my copy on eBay for under $30(US) delivered
out of Canada.
Both Mini Magazine and Mini World (both difficult to find on the average
newsstand here in the US) have many great how-to articles in each issue.
Mini World the magazine has a series KYMA (Keeping Your Mini Alive). Vol 5
is available now, some back volumes are still available. Gobs of info here!
