I don't wish to alarm you but the pickup became really hard to steer just
before the diff pit bit the dust and my gearbox worked it's way out of the
casing .
I was having to forcibly steer it out of the car park at work when it went
pop leaving me on a Friday night in the snow waiting for the AA to arrive.
Being a teacher, it isn't good to break down outside the school you teach at
at kicking out time :D

could be that the steering column isnt centralised?
