Door mirror motor replacement

Hi
I need to replace the motor in the near-side door mirror of my (new-style)
mini.

Is there a correct way to remove the actual mirror? (the mirror is heated)
The motor appears to be secured by 4 bolts which have an unusual head. Are
these TorX? If so, what size?
Is replacing the motor just a matter of undoing the bolts, disconnecting the
wires and refitting in reverse order?

Thanks
