How do I tell if it is the right way round or wrong way round?

Usually there's "engine side" written on it.
If it's already fitted - the smooth side is facing the engine, but you can
see the writting if you turn the engine by hand.

The fan has to push the air out the radiator, so the high pressure side
of the fan must be to the outside. The concave side of the blades is
outwards, the convex side is towards the engine.
