Gearbox locked up

Hi All,
Does anyone have a strip & rebuild diagram for a 1275 "A" series metro
gearbox,
My Mate has locked his gearbox in 4th gear,,
he said ,, there was a clonk, and a judder,, and it went in to 4th but wont
come out,
any ideas before we pull the motor out

If its a Metro box then its a rod change so I'd check the tiny roll-pins
that hold the rods to the box. I had a pin come out on one of my A+ Minis
and it was stuck in reverse!
