Hello I have a rebuilt 997 cooper block I was wondering if a 998 head will
fit and work on it, if so will I have to change anything else?  will it
perform better or more poorly?  if anyone has info about this would love to
get your input .

Thanks James K

998 head will fit but you should try for the 12G295 one, it is the best
factory fit 998 head.

You may have to skim it to get the CR to what you want.
