Converting Head to Unleaded

When converting to unleaded is it just the exhaust valve seats that need
inserts?

why do the Exhaust inserts at all ? I can sell you an unleaded head from an
SPI cooper.

Sorry but I want the head I have converted as it has big valves and is gas
flowed etc.
