Car Forum / MINI / August 2003Mini sprite
Hello all I have an N reg Sprite, great little car except I have recently started getting a squeaking from the front near side, I have repIaced the engine mounting rubbers, have tried greasing all that can be greased, WD40 on various parts in and around the area but the squeak is still there. It sounds like an old bed, happens when slowing down with and without braking and bouncing the car by hand when stationary but does not happen all the time. Any ideas ? I think I'll have to go to a garage with it, cause I don't have the space for doing this type of repairs (I could really do with some garage space for mini-repairs, I guess), and doing it on the road seems a bit daft.
