Question about brake proportioning valves

Is there such a thing as a brake proportioning valve for a Mini?  I'm
converting to a diagonal split, and as the front brakes do most of the work
on any front wheel drive car a proportioning valve needs to be used.

It lets brake pressure flow freely into the rear brake up to a certain
amount of pressure, then a valve closes in there so the rest of the brake
pressure can all be used for the front.  It's very common on other cars.

Is it used on later Minis with 12" wheels and disc brakes?

Hi Chris
Could I ask why you chose a diagonal split? It seems a strange option in
preference to a front/rear split. The valve used on a front/rear split is
readily available where the diagonal split one is long since obsolete.
