The Ranger was a nice enough BMC 1100/1300 based car, but it might be
difficult to get it through SVA now, especially a twin-engined one.

It looks like it's already registered. As long as it's *correctly*
registered (i.e. as a Ranger rather than the donor car) then it won't
need an SVA. Just an MOT each year as normal.
