Swivel Hubs

Hi. I need some advice please.

I guess the best advice would have been to label the parts as I took
them off. But I didn't. That would have been too easy.

Can anyone advise how to identify which swivel hub is the left and
which is the right please? I took off the steering arms which would
have helped. Doh!

The only difference I can see is the position of the two grease
nipples. Do they face forwards or backwards? I would expect them to
face backwards so they don't catch the weather when driving forwards,
but the piccys I've seen in the manual seem to show the grease nipples
on the front.

I can't see anything else to indicate which hand they are. Am I missing
something obvious please? Does it matter? The catalogues list L and R.

Help appreciated.
