I am wondering about the availabilty of parts and the cost of
repair/maintenance if one purchases a restored Mini in the U.S.A.

As I am not mechanically inclined, where do mini owners go to service
their vehicles?

Most major cities have a "British Car Repair" sort of shop (or several)
advertised in the phone book. Also, once in a club you'll learn who does
what (trannies, engines, etc.) as well as local shops that will advertise in
a club newsletter.
