are you sure that you've tried a real beer? if it was a domestic macro, it
was not a real beer; it was boiled after fermentation to pasteurize (and
wreck the taste) and then the distilled alcohol is added back in to give it
that nice water + rubbing alcohol aftertaste. yummy.

I have consumed my share of Swiss and German beer and can't handle domestic
stuff.
