There are 3 that provide insurance on a national level for collectors (and
all have a web presence):

JC Taylor (I use)
Haggerty
American Collector

Most will have a 2500 mile/year limit and insist it be kept in a locked
garage (though some may not have any restrictions). Otherwise, they merely
ask you what it's worth and provide cheap insurance with no deductible; it
will cost you roughly $10 per $1000 of insured value. Most will want a
couple of photos. All are well known.

Grundy worldwide is another I have found to be cheaper and no milage
restrictions if you use it as a "show car"

Here in Michigan, I use Haggerty for my Mini. Since I already had a '55
Chevy Nomad insured with them the annual fee was ridiculously reasonable,
under $200!

And here I was thinking I would be the only one silly enough to own a fifty
year old Chevy & a mini in the same driveway. ;-)

Paul,
There is no hope and the condition will only worsen with time. The stable
also includes a'62 Impala SS convert., a '69 Bug, '79 RX7, 90 Miata and a
few trucks and everyday drivers thrown in for good measure. And drugs don't
help!
