Clutch problems

I am having clutch problems with my 1974 Clubman Estate.  Basically the
pedal  has very little resistance and when pressed to the floor it now will
not disengage the clutch.  Pumping the pedal does not help.  I bleed the
clutch last week and found no air.  While engaged it grabs with no problems.
There are no leaks.

Wanted to get some input and ideas where to start looking before ordering
parts.  They are quite pricey here.

Thank in advance

David

Upon further inspection may my slave cylinder rest in peace.
