seen 15's on a moke
you could do it by removeing the rear subframe and makeing a new axle and
tubing the rear i supouse

My Moke was on 14" steel wheels from a Morris Major, because when I
built it I had a set with good tyres and I had no 13" tyres and only two
13" wheels.

I also had a pair of 12" winter treads (for lower gearing) and a pair of
10" wheels for being really silly.

But with a moke you don't need to make serious body mods to fit big wheels.

With a big wheeler Moke you don't.

With a littlewheeler you need new rear trailing arms and a different
transom.

Chip from mini classic website has a set of 14inchers on his convertible,
dunno how but no major mods were needed.

errr - WRONG - serious body mods are needed - ie cutting away substantial
pieces of metal from both front and back arches.

actuly ryan you could do it by tubbing the back  gaurds and haveing the
tires
under the original bodywork then useing a tube style rear axle it could be
done but as earlier stated the handling would probley go to poo

Don't do it. Taller wheels destroy the Mini's best feature - its
handling. Ten-inchers are best; 12-inchers are acceptable; the 13-inch
sportspack wheels are dreadful. They also look ridiculous.
