Found in my garage 2 mini radius arm repair kits. One is completely
un-opened, the other has the bag inside the box open, but I have
checked and all parts are present.
I think they cost about £10 or £15 each when new, so say £15 the pair?
Will have to check on postage costs, or you could collect (Brighton,
Sussex).
E-mail me if you're interested: dan@faithix.com

they are no good to anyone unless they have the reamer to ream the bush
after fitment.

You make the reamer by cutting flutes in the undamaged end of the old
shaft with a cutting disc in an angle grinder.
Fasten a nut on the thread, fix the arm in a vice, pass the old shaft
now masquerading as a reamer in from the other end and slowly (very
slowly, with lots of WD40) ream out the bush with a ratchet drive on the
nut turning the shaft.
Honest, it works well, but takes a bit of time!

Hi,
Why not do the job properly?
I have the full kit for sale, that is the reamer, the guide, the pullers for
the bush and bearings and the punches to fit the new parts.

If you have enough springs in your Seat it could propel you quite fast if
you go over a bump - just remember to open the sunroof ;)

Because if you have a 180bhp seat it will hurt your bonce on the way out.
