Just thought you'd like to see the mad mini moment I had in Portugal:-

Mini in Portugal.
My friend and I were sitting by the river in Tavira,
scoffing some nosh we'd nicked from the breakfast room;
when I looked into the distance and spotted what I thought was a mini.
I ran like a maniac towards it and took some pics.
It made my day, as I was badly missing mine back home.
My friend just gave me a withering look

Is that a typical Portuguese license plate? It looks like the format I
remember from the Netherlands, but it was a while ago.

Ooo, dunno. I remember the fronts of number plates had some European Union stars
and a 'P' for Portugal, but not sure about the backs of them.

yes, it's portugese, and yes it looks like the old style Dutch format
.. the Dutch changed however ..

I remember when I was in Singapore last year and I spotted a really
nice white clubman in a multistory carpark. didnt have my camera on
me at the time though
