In the May edition of Practical Classics magazine, Peter Simpson in his Classic
Helpline column has advised a reader that a 1275 A+ engine has different
head stud spacings from a A-series engine. He's wrong isn't he?
The poor reader was only trying to use a head from a A+ on his 1275
A-series!
