Brake pedal height

Hi all,
has anyone ever considered changing the position of the brake pedal,
which is much higher than the accelerator? Even though I'm used to it,
I must admit it's pretty awkward when you lift your foot from the
accelerator and have to lift your entire leg to press on the brake
pedal! Is there a way to easily adjust the height?
cheers

see where you are coming from,  many rally / race minis do this mod as a
matter of course.

but
most raise the accelerator, its easier.....
there used to be loads of kits to do this, only one i ever bought was a
Paddy Hopkirk back in the 70's with drilled alloy slippers that bolted onto
the pedals....
