Well, as a rule of thumb, they're most expensive in the US, least rusty
in Australia (but all Mk Is), cheapest in England and appreciating fast
in NZ, since they have later models than Australia, without rust. And
Mokes seem to be thinning out in Australia nowdays too btw.
