Hello.  I'm just wondering if there are any problems in certifying an
early '80's mini in Ontario?  I want this to be a daily driver.
Also, how do you certify a car, and where is this done?

Thanks
Tom

If you search under importing a car in canada you will find all the info you
need.  An 80's car will probably need some safety gear.
