Anyone ever seen these before?  Are they worth fitting as a period
accessory?  Anyone got a photo of some fitted?

They fit to front end of a mk1 door, they screw to under the side glass to
the inner metal work, the other end of the cable of course fits to the
inside of the door handle. Great period extra!

I think I will get them for the pickup I am doing up.  It is a choice
between them and finding some cords.  I hate having to reach behind to open
the door.  It is also a pain in the neck having to explain to *every*
passenger how to open the door ;)
