Hi All,
1995... 1275  Sidewalk
Recently my Mini has developed a sticky gearbox, by this I mean it has
refused to go from 2nd to 3rd ,, it has only happened twice in 3 months,
if I dip the clutch and slowly go through the 1st 2nd 3rd 4th ,, then its
ok,,
any one had this problem, or any ideas as to the potential fault,,

TIA
Fitzy

hi
its prob your clutch a little worn, take the rod out of the clutch cylinder
and put a small ball bearing in front of it or what i do is drill the end of
the rod and tap it out to accept a 4mm allen bolt making the throw
adjustable
