Can anyone tell me where to get a rear wiper kit for a 1993 mini sprite

Try a company like Pop parts (?), they do parts and bits for custom cars,
like after market wiper kits for Ford Populars.
If not, try the ads in custom car magazine...

have you looked in the uk mini magazines,I am sure I have seen a kit
advertised not sure on cost.
I am having a look on goggle at the moment and found this article:

Why not use a front wiper motor, remove one of the drive pillars,
bolt the motor to the underside of the rear speaker shelf , wire it to a
separate switch,
fit a nice chrome or stainless wiper arm,
done it this way a few times years ago,
