Good afternoon!
My mini (1300 injection, 1993) drinks 1 liter fuel in 12 kilometers. Isn't
that too much? I just use it for travelling work-home vv, and drive
carefully. Maximum speed is 80 km per hour.

I get this to be about 34 mpg, which sounds too low. Although the
cat-equipped injected 1.3s were not especially economical compared to the
previous models, you should be getting closer to 1 litre in 15 kilometres
(quick Dervy calculation). However, how far is the distance to work? If
it's very close, under five kilometres, it's possibly okay.
I also don't know if this has suddenly happened or if it's always been like
this. Has your use of the Mini changed, or has it suddenly become thirsty?
The above typed, my gut reaction would be "oxygen sensor shot and the donk's
running rich." Do you have an engine fault lamp on the dashboard, and if
so, is it lit? What's the car's mileage and history?

Actually that doesn't sound too bad for a Mini.
One of the most common causes of spectacularly bad fuel consumption in
Minis is extremely rich running indirectly caused by wear where the
throttle spindle fits into the carb body. Air leaks in here worst at
idle when the vacuum is high, so people adjust the jet down to get a
rich enough mixture that the car will idle, with the result that it runs
very rich above idle. The resultant fuel consumption can be quite awsome.

Do you have annual emissions testing in Holland? If you do, and if you
have passed such a test in the last 12 months then it is extremely
unlikely you have a badly worn carby.
On the other hand here in Australia where all Minis are now at least 26
years old, fuel is relatively cheap and we have no emissions tests,
badly worn carbys and frightening fuel consumption are quite common.

But it's injection...

Well, change the air filter then! ;)

(snipped evidence of foolish comments about SU carbs)

Ahhh yes....
Don't see many of them around here, tend to forget about them....
At least my comments about emissions testing picking up mixture problems
are still valid. If it'spassing it's emissions then there's unlikely to
be anything wrong with it.

Hoi Lars,

For the English persons I did reply to him in dutch because I speak it my
self and it easyer to explain your point in your own words.
