Hello,

To much upset my pride and joy must be sold. Here are the details;

1971 Leyland Mini Clubman, Orange
64,000kms on clock
1100cc
Webber
Gearbox Reco (08/03)
Custom Alloy Radiator
Optical Ignition
Wood Grain Steering Wheel
2 Sets of Mag Wheels with good tread left (Meaning you get 3 sets of wheels
+ spares)
Pioneer MP3 stereo
No rust (and by that I mean about 1% visible rust spots, usual places, on
inside and out)
Original Australian License Plates

Note: For Australian interest, rego has expired but will road worthy,
service and register on keen interest + deposit for buyer.

Every original part including:
- Original Radiator
- Original Wheels with original tread
- Original Steering Wheel
- Loads of original spare parts

This would make the perfect original restoration project, just change parts!

The body is in perfect condition execept for a slight buckle on drivers side
door, will have fixed for buyer if keen interest shown + deposit.

The car has had services every 3 months for the past several years, I'm the
3rd buyer of this beautiful car and have kept it in tip-top condition.

This car has never failed to start, it has never over heated, it has never
given me any grief at all, and it will behave the same for you if you take
proper Mini care.

This car has been garaged every night for the past 3 years, it gets driven a
maximum of 50kms per week too and from work only.

Looking to sell for $7000 ONO.

I could not recommend a better Mini, this car is a work of several owners
pride and enthusiasm.

8-)
But without another digit on the clock, who knows whether it is
264,000km or 464,000km?

Karl, if the Victorian registration expired less than 3 calendar months
ago you can still pay it to register the car and keep the plates.

If it's been expired more than 3 months ago then the plates are void and
when you re-register they'll issue a new number.

Good to know, thanks

Also found out the clock is in miles too .... and is a genuine 1971 model..
