Hello!
Is it possible to install additional fog lights on 2003 Lancer?
Do I need additional wiring?

Thank you!

Technically, yes.

I would run in a new power feed (fused) from the battery, and install a
new heavy duty relay.
Connect the relay coil across the current fog light circuit (One side of
the relay connected to the "hot " feed to your existing lights, and one
to ground).  Feed the new power feed throught the new relay contacts,
then feed it to your new fog lights.
DON"T try and use the existing relay for all your fog lights, you'll burn
it out in no time.  The new relay will draw very little current from the
existing relay, and shouldn't be a problem.

Using this install method will ensure your additional fog lights will
function exactly as your existing fog lights.  No extra switches need to
be added.

If you did want to control the fog lights separately, Install a switch in
the passenger compartment and switch 12 volts (from the accesory circuit)
through it, and feed that to the hot side of the above mentioned relay
(disconnected from the existing fog light circuit first).
If you left the fog light connection intact, then your existing fog
lights would also come on when you turned the additional lights on.

Beware, Caution, use this information at your own risk.  Mitsubishi could
void your warranty for tampering with the electrical wiring in you car.
They've even published a TSB to that affect.
