My 04 Endeavor never starts on the first try.  Then it will always start the
second time I hit the starter.  Any ideas what could be causing this???

Thanks,

Tom

I know little about it but most injection systems have a cold start
device which I think  is controlled by a temperature sensor. If this
sensor is bad it may be telling the computer that the car is warm when
it is not. That would cause a lean condition at first start hence the
balk on your first try.  I think your dealer could check this rather
quickly and hopefully solve your problem.
