weird engine noises on 97 eclipse gsr turbo

I have a '97 Eclipse GSR turbo and about 10 minutes after start up the engine
starts making weird noises and the rubo starts to make a distinctive whisle
any reason? Thank you

the engine kinda makes a jumble noise and the turbo whisles way loud than ive
heard it before

If you hear a whine from the turbo without interuption, it should be fine.
The jumble noise could be the downpipe rubbing against the threads on the O2
housing bolts.

Check the downpipe nuts. Nine times out of ten those fall off and you start
hearing the turbine.
