96 Mirage Fuel line

The fuel line is twisted at the filter connection. Will the integrity of
the line be compromised if I flare it out?

Examine it carefully at the welded seam for splits. If the seam is ok, then
you should be fine. The material is pretty ductile but at the seam there is
a "heat effected zone" from welding when the tube is fabricated from flat
stip, in this area the tube is harder and more prone to fracture.

It's not a big deal to replace if you have to.
