The bolt is in plain view in the oil pan under the vehicle. You will
probably need to jack it to get access since the vehicle sits so low. As
far as oil goes, I'd stick to the manufacturer's recommendation (most likely
10W-30 or 5W-30) in your owner's manual for your year (not listed in your
email) depending on the local climate (which you also do not provide). Use
a high quality or synthetic oil and a good filter as well.

I am sorry but I wrote that mail in a hurry . It is a 95 model.I drive
it in Virginia.I really appreciate the input . and look forward to more
advice.

I would also recommend replacing the oil plug gasket after EVERY oil
change. I normally go to a mitsu dealer buy two of them and put one on my
key ring.
